For the last ten years, Eva María, Birna Hrönn and Hannes Sasi have run the successful LGBTQI event and travel agency, Pink Iceland, planning monumental moments for people from across the globe. Their devoted service to the queer community has brought them international acclaim and admiration.

Mathew+Olivia met Pink Iceland when planning their own Icelandic wedding in 2015. It’s a great story full of intrigue and flower shortages, but best told with a glass of wine. Ultimately, the universe entangled us when we found that we all share a deep passion to make the world a better place through equality, gratitude, kindness and respect. 

Fast forward 5 years to this most epic global pandemic. Pink Iceland’s social world was put into hibernation. Quarantine in Colorado had Mathew+Olivia itching to continue their respective work in pharma-development and retail/brand design in a healthier social environment. 

Instead of lamenting what we could not change, a late evening phone call led us to new determination to continue living our best lives despite the circumstances. A phone call or two later, Æsir Cannabidoil was born. By using all of our individual skill sets we were able to actualize the nascent company opening its doors in 2021.
